A 630,000 renovation of the former Allis Chalmers industrial manufacturing plant. Features include open work spaces; extensive use of daylighting, including large, energy efficient windows and dramatic skylights; and exposed muscular steel columns, beams, roof trusses and pulleys. Tenants now include Alterra Healthcare and Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
